1) A customer should create a customer account before purchasing a product/service via our website by providing accurate personal details and you are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your username, password, personal details and to maintain your account & related personal details securely.

2) If another party logs into your account by providing your credentials, you have to responsible for that.

6) If you have any circumstance regarding your order like packing seals of the ordered products were damaged inform us regarding that & returned your order to the delivered person. Refund money for that order will be returned back within 10 working days. The complaints are invalid with the acceptance of the order & you should clarify your order at the time of delivery. If you have accepted order we are confirming that order has been delivered successfully.

7) Currently, all supply products are exhibited on the website and there may happen an incidence of inability to supply order as unavailability of materials or the inability of the supplier to supply the products. Due to a mistake or inability to inform by the supplier, these products may have been published on the website. In such a situation it will be informed within 3 days that the order will be canceled & refund money will be returned back within 10 days.

8) You will be given the opportunity to customize many products that are exhibited on the website. The time period or such customizable products to be finished will vary from one another. therefore you agree with the relevant time period of the products for buying.

9) If the relevant time period of finishing the product would exceed it is informed to you within 3 days & if you agree with the order after the time period, it is delivered to you, or if not the order could be canceled. According to the opinion, if canceled, the refund money will be returned back within 10 working days.

10) The promotional vouchers offered by Raawana.lk are valid only for the customer who owned it & it is unable to offer to another and it is valid only for a single transaction. promotion vouchers couldn’t fully nor partially transferred to cash.

11) The promotion vouchers & promotion codes introduced seasonally are recommended with the rules & regulations given.

12) The authority of editing the rules & regulations at any time belongs to RAAWANA E-MARKETING (PVT) LTD.

13) In the case of cash on delivery, before delivering the order we are confirming by making a call that the order should be delivered. After that confirmation, it is impossible to cancel the order.

14) It is decided, except Food & Gift for other products to offer Cash On Delivery & for all services Cash On Delivery system is available. Regarding Cash On Delivery, the maximum payment fee is Rs15000. All the products above than this price be able online payments only.

15) When any customer ordered a customizable featured product, we are manufacturing that product specially for you. Therefore kind not to reject the order after the order has placed. Only the card payment method available to do the payments for customizable products. If service to be canceled it should be informed with an email before five working days & should get confirmed by us. when refunding the relevant money for that service 15% payment will be deducted & and the other will be refunded back within 10 working days.

The terms and conditions mentioned above are common for all products and services. In addition to that, the special terms and conditions have mentioned in each product or service are also valid as above.

Terms & Conditions of Vendor

1) A supplier should create a supplier account before providing a product/service to us via our website with providing accurate personal details and you are responsible to maintain confidentiality of your username, password, personal details and to maintain your account & related personal details securely.

2) If another party login into your account by providing your credentials, you have to responsible for that.

3) If a supplier is below 18 years, accessing the website should be under the supervision & guidance of parents or guardians.

4) You should provide us accurate details about your product/services as an item or package vice. If the supplier needs to change the prices of the products/services he/she must inform it to us and it can be changed according to the approval of the Raawana team. If it is not, we pay only the initial price that you had confirmed to us.

5) If suppliers would like to provide discounts and coupons, update us know about those details and time periods accurately.

6) The activities mentioned below can be a reason to invalidate the agreement between the supplier and us and legal action can gain against the violation.

2) When the suppliers work with customers as a service provider of Raawana, anyone uses drugs or smoking within that period or behaved as aggressive or anti-disciplinary with customers.
3) Advertising any other service or product has done within the time period of providing raawana service.

7) If the products that suppliers have provided to us were damaged or delivered products are different than the ordered product it will be returned to you and the product delivery charge for the return has to be paid by the supplier.

8) If any supplier is providing warranty periods you should provide that facility to the customer to exchange the products within that period.

9) We do the payments for your products after the order fiinished and within three days after the withdraw request recieved us. If the supplier hasn’t provided quality products, that product will be returned to the supplier as mentioned in the return policy.

10) The suppliers can check their orders and payments from your own account which created on the website.

11) According to the customer request, if any service needs to cancel or change the service package needs to allow that facility to customers before the order completion.

12) Currently all supply products are exhibited on the website and if you are unable to provide any order due to the unavailability of materials or the inability of you to supply the products you must update the product status. If it is a service need to infrom before the accepted dates with the acceptable reasons.
